Received my easy panels on time the delivery driver was very polite and helpful The panels were well packed and all were in good condition unfortunately two of the edging trims were slightly damaged on their ends only noticed on unpacking. The panels are a bit awkward to handle but fitted well and look good would recommend to others.

Having been seriously let down by this companies competitor, I reached out to Easy Panel to discuss delivery times. We'd already been waiting for over a month from their competitor and was getting close to a deadline. I was informed delivery would be 2-5 working days. True to their word, the delivery arrived 5 days later, in immaculate condition, with up to date tracking information and delivered in full. Although not the easiest product to work with when you have wonky walls in a very old house, I am delighted with the overall look of it. No, it's not perfect (humans error) but we did a 6m stretch, including cutting around 3 plug sockets, a tv wall mount, a door frame and an apex roof in a weekend and lots of wine! We learned as we went. Cannot recommend it enough and the way the company dealt with us was absolutely fantastic Thank you!

Quick delivery ( a lot quicker than the big DIY chains) by companies own drivers. Great quality product,everything exactly as it should be. This was my first time buying from a Facebook Ad and was slightly nervous, absolutely no need to be. Oh and a great price !

One panel was a different shade despite ordering all at the same time. Was impressed with the panels. Easy to work with. I will use this company again there terms and conditions are clear. Only noticed the shade difference when the panel was on the wall.

Easy ordering system and simple delivery option. We were given a 2 hour window for delivery which is always a bonus. The panels are good quality and simple to fit and at a good price, unlike many suppliers who are taking the proverbial.

Communication was poor, reduced solar panels to 8 from 10 due to lack of space. Gave me an on the day response if I wanted them still or not. Bad aftercare not really sure how to use the app or what it means, no follow up after installed to see if everything was okay and no documents provided.
