I joined a few weeks before the coronavirus pandemic. Despite the unprecedented consequences and the lockdown the Personal Match team have continued to work extremely hard and improvised using technology to assist with the meetings. Given the circumstances Personal match could easily have halted all work and resumed when the lockdown lifts but instead they have risen to the challenge admirably knowing how important this service is to their clients. Their dedication is applaud worthy.

My sister and I did a joined membership with this company thinking their service was something unique. I am extremely disappointed with the service received A lot of time was spent on gathering requirements from me So basically I paid to be asked what I want However when I met the matches, they had nothing in common with my requirements whatsoever I was told that the initial meetings were part refinement process However, I am certain it was purely a random selection, based on the results This “company” give the perception of a “scientific” and “unique” approach towards match searching however that is not the case at all A lot of money is taken upfront from clients and a lot of discussions happen to give the perception that there is some work going on in the background to analyse requirements and establish matches. However that is not the case at all, rather the money taken from the clients, from what I can tell is largely only to pay for the hotel booking for the event. Also during the meet the perception that was given that even though there were multiple meets each would be kept hidden from the other. However all the meets took place in a hotel lobby and it was clearly obvious multiple people were meeting multiple people. Which was cringe worthy to say the least. This “company” also gives the perception of being Islamic however that perception is only provided to gain ones trust. Quran 5:1 “O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts.” However the service provided is not the one that is pitched, as I would have expected at least one of the matches to be as per my requirements, given the pitch they ace of their huge database of clients!. We had a lot of hassle in getting anything resolved in terms of refunds etc. I would not recommend anyone use their service.

Personal match came recommended to me as Baji Naseem was well respected in the community and I am pleased to say that I found it to be a very relaxed and professional service. Baji Naseem is very pleasant and got straight down to business. She asks you about exactly what it is that you are looking for in a life partner and also encourages you to think about matters a little “outside of the box”. I found the service to be quite intimate in that you would always have a one to one session with Baji Naseem before and after your meets. They don't listen to your requirements as a client. She and her "team" try to shoe-horn you with your meets and they often don't meet the prerequisites you stipulate at the beginning. It defeats the purpose of it being a personalised service where they listen to your needs. The prices £350-1000 are grossly inflated given they match you with anyone and everyone in their system regardless of what you as the client have expressed an interest in. They then incessantly try to stay involved in the process longer than they are required to if things do go a little further. Then you get hounded over WhatsApp for testimonials and good reviews to enhance their reputation. The person in charge is worse than a used car saleswoman and her staff are terrible communicators. Slow and unprofessional. I don't trust or recommend Personal Match as they will manipulate you to achieve their own agenda. I am leaving a review so you don't rip others off as you did me under the guise of "serving the community".

I've met 2 people so far with PMUK. Both have been wonderful, down to earth, amazing individuals who I've felt blessed to be introduced to.
