Despite the unprecedented consequences and the lockdown the Personal Match team have continued to work extremely hard and improvised using technology to assist with the meetings. Based on first match experience, my requirements were not really taken into consideration. I was matched with two people who were 12 years older than me and didn’t meet my requirements. They tried to remedy the situation by changing the second match, but this felt very last minute. The experience left me with the understanding that not much consideration is taken into setting the matches in terms of profiles etc. I am working with them to direct the service into what I would expect to see. However; my honest feedback is the service doesn’t match the price you are paying for. I’m going to see what happens in terms of the next match that is produced - otherwise I will be requesting a refund.
