I didn’t do this but it means you’ll likely find an instructional video for your product! All in I’m very happy! Damaged the screen on my Laptop, rather than taking it to be repaired I thought I would try to repair it myself, watched the video on repair and ordered the correct screen, arrived very quickly with the tools to do the repair, I am in my 70s and could'nt believe how easy this was..

Replacement screen for PAVILION 15-P165SA fitted ok and works with good brightness and colour. Video tutorial helped as did warning about seating the connector correctly which needed more care than just a push due to location pins that I did not notice on first attempt.
