I had never done this type of repair myself so was a bit hesitant however the screen arrived in two days and was easy enough to fit after watching a you tube video - the only tools I used were a guitar plectrum and a nail file. I do recommend you go for a mini philips head screwdriver rather than the nail file, but the plectrum cannot be bettered! I heartily recommend this company. Thank-you.

From start to finish the ordering process was simple and accurate. Using royal mail tracking I was able to follow the package all the way. Delivery was fast and the replacement screen was well packaged and protected. After fitting the new screen it worked perfectly. A minor niggle in that two pixels on the far right are not working but this is well within manufacturing parameters and almost unnoticeable. The service from LaptopScreen.co.uk had been excellent and the screen arrived within two days as promised. It was of the same quality of the original it replaced and I am very happy that the instructions were readily available on the site for my laptop/model. The only minor snag was that the new screen had a dead pixel in the middle which is visible when there is a black image/background on the screen. I didn't raise this as an issue as it is hard to notice during normal operation and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning and waiting for a replacement.

I was quite unsure about ordering a replacement screen for the Toshiba Satelite Pro laptop having never attempted to do anything like this before. But having taken the plunge and ordered the screen I am very happy with everything. Very hard to speak to someone when I did they sent incorrect screen, I managed to fit it and get it working and asked for refund for additional screen bits I ordered due to their advice, not resolved satisfactory I haven't got time to pursue the matter !
