I ordered 2 x Hozelock Growbag Irrigation trays ( cheaper here than anything else I could see on the internet). Was a bit miffed because they said it was same day despatch if you ordered before 3.00p.m. and it was about 3.20.p.m. Delivered following morning at 08.30 a.m. well packaged, all in one piece. Absolutly brilliant, have no idea about after service as I have had no reason to contact them but will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Priced ou a Makita drill/driver locally at £195 then purchased it about £50 cheaper with AW! Add a 216 piece accessory set for £30 odd quid and I am more than happy. Goods arrived on time and tracking service was excellent

I checked prices of the tool required on the internet. I rang Alan Wadkins Ltd., checked the website information posted by them with a pleasant and knowledgeable sales person, ordered the tool and it arrived the next day as promised even though we live in an area that people regard as remote. A much easier process than shopping in the High Street, having to drive, park, visit retail outlets, purchase and then drive home.
