Yes, I would highly recommend Alan Wadkins, firstly for excellent prices, a v.good stock range and although I took their standard FOC delivery package my goods turned up next day. Can`t beat that.

I bought a Dremel 4000/65 for a good price and the delivery was fast and free, Great! Then found the box had been opened, product used, no paperwork i.e. Guarantee etc and 6 of the 65 piece accessory set were missing. Was the product a return, a demo, who knows... Disappointed!! This was the fault of Dremel, not Alan Wadkins who were as disappointed as me. Thanks to the sales team at Alan Wadkins, they have contacted Dremel and I have a new machine on the way.
