Good prompt service. Very happy with the product and registering for the 3 year warranty was straightforward. A complimentary disc to get us going would be good, but in fairness the add doesn't say it comes with one. Only other thing to consider is Screwfix are giving away a free Hitachi mini grinder at present with their 9" Hitachi cutter priced at £89.99 but only saw that yesterday! I am though completely satisfied with the service and with the product and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

After doing some Internet research decided to buy a Dremel Trio. Alan Wadkins Toolstore had the best price by some margin and included free next day shipping.
