Very disappointed. Card not included with gift. People who received this were calling everyone they could think of to ascertain who the gift was from. Not satisfactory at all.

Check they actually have the products in stock before you pay:( Ordered a birthday hamper for a work colleague who has been struggling in the lockdown. Not told until the afternoon before that they couldn't deliver because some products were out of stock. Wouldn't/couldn't substitute or refund. Hamper replacement is a rip-off: Moet has been replaced by 6 chocs & an eyemask. Shame on you
