I ordered a present and I am glad that it was well received because I got a nice thank you email from the gift recipient. While it means that Bockers & Pony has provided the service as requested, it would have better to receive the delivery confirmation (date and time) directly from the company (B&P). Overall, the service is good, but it could be better. Thank you.

Excellent service. Parcel arrived on time and products were of good quality. One thing I would want more is create-your-own hampers allowing to mix and match my favourite products depending on the receivers likes.

I was extremely disappointed !! I ordered two hampers as a birthday present to be delivered directly to Nicoles home in NSW on a specific date as I was traveling overseas. The parcels were not only not delivered to her home- they were left at a post office and a text message sent to me and to Nicole requesting that they where picked up within a few days or would be returned to the supplier. Nicole had to pick up her own birthday present- this was not the delivery service I paid for nor at any stage during placing the order on your website was I advised that the courier would not deliver directly to her front door. The parcels were also deposited with the post office week earlier that’s the requested delivery date. Clearly your service & delivery procedures need to be addressed or attention given to your customers requests. Janene Southgate
