All went just as I asked

As this was a gift, we had no idea whether the package arrived at its destination. Notifications of delivery would be a help in this matter and would eliminate the need to ring the recipient to find out if the present had arrived. We tried to chase up progress by ringing the Bockers office but that was to no avail. Our second attempt at ringing was more helpful and reassuring.

Pleased with both orders made during this lockdown period. The delivery times were both met as indicated when placing the order. Very pleased there were no delays (as seems to be the case with all other online orders at the moment). Well done Bockers & Pony, will definitely use again. Both gift recipients were extremely happy with their hampers:)
