I purchased a hamper online for my partner for Valentine’s Day. It was last minute as I was in hospital they delivered it to the hospital on the day!!!! My partner was so wrapped with his gift!!! Really good feedback throughout the process of delivery

I ordered a hamper for a friends birthday. As I am overseas I wanted something special to arrive on the day. I paid extra postage however the parcel arrived late. It was really disappointing.

The gift I ordered did not arrive. No phone call to explain why. I paid a premium to ensure delivery and nothing. I have requested a full refund and still no word. Will never shop here again.
