My biggest takeaways from the IC Group Coaching are Mindset, Daily Habits and Consistency. Yes, they all still need a lot of work for me to achieve my goals. It helped me sort out my priorities. 1. Bowie strategy and James have to be on your radar if you are an ESL teacher. The business coaching is one of the best you can get, and they've been in industry for a long time. Note only are the staff members knowledgeable and helpful, the community has many great networking opportunities. The Inner Circle itself is a community in addition to a course. Marketing, mindset and strategies are a big parts of the value English teachers have many competencies and in my case I was able to transition to more of a business coach and marketing consultants so just understanding what the market is willing to pay for is key.
