Very great excellent service

Ordered a batch of bubble envelopes. The first box is faulty. You can’t open the envelope to put items in. I called and was asked to send photos over. I did, and have had no response.

Not received, no email with tracking that works, nothing! Update! Did had a call in that day and did mentioned when we open as well that they can leave the delivery with a neighbour.
