I ordered a ring from the U.S., as a gift for a friend. It said it would take 16 days, but I think it arrived in four! Both me and the gift receiver were very pleased. I also read the "About Us" section, and felt confident in ordering internationally, afterwards. Had I needed customer service, I believe would have received quality.
