I ordered this ring for my boyfriend for Christmas, I was happy with the delivery and tracking and the quality of the ring, however, I ordered a size 10 and received an 11. So I was super disappointed when the ring didn’t fit and had to get it resized.

Apart from delivery issues which was Royal Mail and not the company, the ring measured and chosen was beautiful. So much so that my husband has purchased a further two rings

The only small glitch I encountered was that I never received an email confirming my purchase. The earrings arrived in a timely manner, but I had no way of knowing that they would, nor did I have anyway to track them.

I absolutely love my 10k rose gold ring. I’ve received many compliments. It’s beautiful! It is true to size and I was able to track the shipping without a problem. I would buy from this company again.

I never received an email confirmation on the order or any relevant info to track. The payment however, was processed on my credit card. I have since reached out twice with no response. In today's day and age I wouldn't expect it to be this hard to get in contact with a company that so easily is ready to take your money. This was a Christmas gift as well, so anxiously waiting any response.
