Great service!!

Lee is super friendly & absolutely fantastic, he was extremely accommodating to a few of our hiccups at the start of our journey. The bus is very comfortable, perfectly clean and well kept, plenty of room in the trailer for our mountains of luggage! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a mini bus trip.

The pick up was punctual and the mini-bus was clean. Pick up on return was great and above all the communication via text message was great.

We required a last minute airport transfer and contacted Lee who took the pressure off us immediately. He was very reasonably priced and quick with communications whether it be via email or mobile phone.

Can’t recommend them enough. Had a hen weekend booked for leeds. After being conned by mini bus hire uk ripley mini bus hire came to the rescue. Was easy to book, was kept informed all the way through (text messages to say who was coming, contact, reg of bus) they were punctual, friendly and great value for money the whole experience was stress free. Well maintained mini bus, very clean and tidy and both Mark and Lee were great. Wouldn’t use anyone else in future.

Very punctual, efficient service

We used this company on a recent trip to uttoxeter races. All dealings we had with this company were totally professional, helping us to have a great day out without the worry of transport. We hired Ripley Minibus Company to transport 12 adults & 4 very young children to our son's wedding on Sat 4th Feb 2023. This involved 3 trips: from home in Ripley to church at Cromford; from church to the reception at South Wingfield; and then collect & bring us all back to Ripley at the end of the evening. Communication from the initial enquiry through to the end of the event was excellent. Lee arrived on time & contacted me to inform me he was there. He also helped load up a pushchair & made sure the kids were all safely strapped in their seats. The minibus was immaculately clean and the journeys were very smooth. Lee had a really professional attitude but was also happy to chat on the drive there. He was on time for each pickup, and even though we were a little late at the end of the night he was patient & didn't complain despite having another job to go to (delay caused by misplacement of kids toy!!). He got everyone home safely & even took some of our party direct to their door as they had 2 kids who had both fallen asleep. Comments from everyone over the last few days have been extremely positive-all were pleased with the high standard of service we received from Lee throughout the day. The total cost was very reasonable, and we would all highly recommend Lee, his company & his service to anyone looking for a 16 seater minibus. Thanks to Lee, we had a great day without the stress of having to drive/park etc. Many thanks to Lee for helping to make our day enjoyable, we all appreciate being well looked after.
