Went above and beyond, from start to finish . Always kept us informed. Only booked 1 drop off but Lee did extra drops off at no extra cost. Very modern mini bus, very clean, Would not use anyone else in future . In fact was just perfect

Efficient,helpful service

The mini bus was very clean and nice however we found the owner to be quite rude really. When arranging to be picked up , we had been waiting at designated place 20 minutes for him so that we wouldn’t hold him up, he decided to park somewhere else.While I was trying ask someone directions to where he was he shouted down the phone to me how long do you think you are going to be, quite nastily. Very disappointing really has we won’t use him again, which is a shame as we do go lots of places and he would of been used a lot

A very professional company to use from booking to being collected from both home and the airport you get an up to date email confirming your booking and an email/ text telling you your collection time and the arrival time of your transportation make going away less stressful can’t recommend highly enough

Highly recommend Ripley Minibus Company! Lee was an absolute gentleman, most obliging and accommodating. We travelled from Ireland to Derby for a wedding and had prebooked Lee for all our journeys while there. There were 12 of us travelling including an 85 year old and a 19 month old and Lee was great with everyone. He always arrived on time and with a happy smile. He had a good laugh and joke with us about our typical long Irish goodbyes after the wedding!
