Brilliant communication and customer service smooth delivery even though not on first floor

Great service, aquarium was delivered by MB's own courteous driver on the date and time advised 3 days before. Driver carried it to the room of choice in the house. Online ordering is easy and lets you know the weekend of delivery before you order.

I bought the 300l comfort set from the company website, Mirek put my mind at ease about Saturday delivery by their own drivers, tank and stand was delivered 2 weeks from order, I was sent delivery details 2 days prior with delivery window. The driver was friendly and also brought the whole tank right inside the house. Stand cabinet was okay to set up, although needed 2 people as quite heavy, instructions can be tricky to read, as for tank, needed 2 people to carry as very very heavy weighing a whopping 50kg. Its vital to put the mat supplied with tank, to place under aquarium, otherwise risk of glass cracking. Lid came with good light, however lid can be better constructed with perhaps hinges on the tank, you have to remove the whole lid from tank. Overall, a good purchase and one happy customer

Kept me updated via email as to when my tank would be delivered and the driver was amazing who delivered it, brought it into ky home for me due to me not being able to lift, and my husband was out when it arrived, would definitely recommend they went above and beyond 10/10

My 10-year-old bought a 300-litre tank for his Syrian hamster, as they need plenty of space. The tank is fantastic, and I even checked for leaks in case we ever want to use it for aquatic life. The delivery driver was very kind and helped me carry the tank upstairs. The tank came with a mat, but since I had already bought one, the driver kindly offered to take it back to the warehouse to save me the postage cost. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience, especially because my little one has been saving his monthly allowance for over a year to buy this tank.
