Order confirmation email received but no dispatch confirmation and no product. Order date was 26th October. After calling customer service I learned that me sample arrived directly from the manufacturer Ca'Pietra and it was beautiful sample, hence my experience has been updated with my apologies.

It was quick easy to place the order and the goods arrived on time as was stated at time of order

The samples I'd ordered arrived well packed and look stunning. I will definitely be visiting the website again when my next project begins. I gave four stars only because the delivery took a bit longer than I expected but the product itself can't be fault.

What a refreshing change to deal with a reliable place online. Spoke to Joe who assisted us perfectly with all our queries, providing photos etc.. Once ordered we where allocated a delivery slot and WOW it arrived as promised and all in order.. I know these things may sound trivial but with numerous bad experiences online this was just spot on and the advice given was great. I cant recommend European Heritage Ltd enough.. I know where i will be ordering and future tiles from thats for sure.

Having just bought our first home, I'd never had to purchase tiles before and so I was unsure where to start. The team at European Heritage were excellent at advising us on all the different products and options available, as well as providing samples of the tiles we liked so we could be sure what worked for us. Our chosen tiles were actually a design that the team suggested we may like so included in the samples, and right enough they turned out to be the best tile for us (in colour, size and texture) than the ones we had picked out ourselves. We really appreciated all the help we recieved and now our bathroom is our favourite room in the house! Would certainly recommend.

The team at European Heritage tiles could not have done more for us - they are an absolutely brilliant company all round. Not only did they help me to chose the perfect tiles for my bathroom (which I was completely stuck with!) but they did everything possible to make sure they arrived with us in time! We were working to a very tight deadline and they went above and beyond to make sure that our tiles were delivered in time. Each member of the team I spoke to was so friendly, polite, and helpful - I could not recommend these guys enough! Plus the quality of tiles that arrived were amazing - they look absolutely beautiful, and the pricing is very competitive. I would not go anywhere else again now for my tiles.

I had a great experience buying tiles for my kitchen at European Heritage. The service was friendly and professional and I’d recommend it to anyone. Will be back in the future when I need more tiles/flooring.

Purchased some mosaic tiles (paradiso hexagon) from European Heritage for our downstairs toilet. Unfortunately, the tiles were extremely unevenly distributed across the mesh backing meaning the grout lines ranged from 5mm to touching. My bathroom fitter did not check before installing and the visual appearance was shockingly bad, so they had to be all be pulled up. I would have liked to have had a replacement, but EH & their supplier Silver Lion Trading confirmed they could not guarantee even spacing between the tiles (at £110p/sqm) so we opted for a refund (which was processed quickly). Despite numerous images & returned tiles the manager & director at EH maintained that they could not see the fault and in their desperation came up with excuses like “the floor can’t of been flat” - for me this was highly disingenuous and the reason for sharing this review as it was entirely obvious. I don’t blame them personally as they would have been trained to try to avoid any liability and concerned about me trying to recover the 15 hours of fitting / removal / re-fitting but it illustrates as a company they lack integrity. The tiles were also featuring cracks, chips and on some of the sheets most of the hexagons were white rather than featuring the marble pattern.
