Loved the location, the room was very dated and in need of updating, but we will definitely be back in a deluxe room next time-

Fort Marcy Inns & suites are a great place to stay. Excellent facilities- clean, well-equipped, comfortable. Excellent location within easy walking distance to downtown & beside Fort Marcy park for great sunset viewing, walks etc.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Mountain View was nice and the property is in a good location to easily get around the city. Very clean properties!

Good service

This was our first time staying in a condo instead of a hotel. I was worried about the lack of a/c, but it wasn't needed at all. The condo was nice and clean. Definitely a bit outdated, but that was to be expected. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in Pacific Beach.

Our group of 3 senior couples were very impressed with the condo we rented. It was very well equipped, great decor, very comfortable. Check in was easy and good amenities in building. Only downside that there was only 1 parking spot in building per group. Fortunately I called help desk and was able to pick up parking permits for other vehicles for surface parking nearby.

The 2 bed condo we rented was very nicely remodeled and beds comfortable.Kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, knives, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Grounds were well kept and we enjoyed hanging with friends at the gazebo.

We love staying in room 501. It has excellent views. The room had been thoroughly cleaned. The staff is really good to work with. We feel very secure staying there because of the security protocols. We have been staying at Capri by the Sea every other year for the past 15 years.

Great location. The unit was very well kept and clean. The kitchen was well supplied. Office help and chamberpersons were very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was ants in kitchen, closets and bedroom and very poor internet reception.

We loved every minute of our stay at the all seasons property. We can’t wait to come back and visit. It was comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. The location was so convenient as we were just miles from Walmart and Whole Foods. Thanks for giving us such a fun anniversary getaway!

Very nice compound. Had a great view of city and mountains. Close walking distance to downtown area. Understood the unit had a washer and dryer in the unit since we stayed for a full week. However was not accessible when we checked in. Disappointing. However the unit was clean and nicely decorated. Will stay again since we travel there 2-3 times a year.

This is the third time we have stayed at Fort Marcy. Love staying there as it is quiet, easy access to downtown Santa Fe, the condos are nice and well appointed with everything we would need and the price is affordable. This time, the air conditioner and fan were so noisy, we had to turn it off. Thank goodness it was not too hot and we could open the windows. The whole Fort Marcy complex is quite dated. The grounds also needed some work.

This was our second year staying at this property and don't plan for it to be the last by any means. I was a little hesitant due to previous negative reviews about the specific unit we stayed in this year being outdated but was more than pleasantly surprised when arriving at the property/unit as it was a different unit than the one we previously stayed at but it literally was just as great if not better. Yes, I can see where in some cases the unit we stayed in this year was a little "outdated" but it was clean and the view was unbeatable/unbelievable!! Each unit is obviously different as most are privately owned but this year nor last year disappointed, it in fact gave us reason to stay there again next year!! I don't think there's a single unit within this property that would not be worth the money. Highly recommended!!!

Great staff, the condo was very clean. The hallways and elevators were horribly hot. The beds were not real comfortable, the furniture was very beat up and the gathering area needed more seating for how many people the place slept.

This was a great place! My kids wanted move in after a 2-day stay. Pros: - Lots of beds and space - so close to activities on the mountain and most things in Park City - Plenty of dishes for us to eat at the house Cons: - We couldn’t get the fan/light fixture to work upstairs so we had to improvise
