The unit was perfect for our family of five. The kids had plenty of room in the bunk space and the location couldn’t be beat. Definitely recommend for families the kids love the outdoor pool with the snow on the ground.

We gave it a 3 because for the price of $542 a night, we were charged for a cleaning fee of $251.43 for 2 people who left the room very tidy and what bothers us the most is not told there would be a cleaning fee which we feel is excessive. You aren't even charged a cleaning fee for the Marriott on times square in NYC. The room and location is excellent and polite staff.

There is no better location in Park City. Ski in, ski out along with easy access to Main Street shops and restaurants by a quick free bus ride or a short walk. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Proximity to ski slope and overall convenient location. Responsive staff, good amenities and apartment conditions. Only negative was soda bed is not too comfortable.

Great location if you like to walk and explore the central square area of Santa Fe. Walking back uphill to Ft Marcy neighborhood will be memorable and satisfying.

The location couldn’t be better. We had a minor incident where a smoke was coming up into our fireplace from the unit below, and the problem was dealt with professionally and very quickly. The accommodations were just perfect for what we were looking for nice, but also comfortable. I’m looking forward to the pool deck rejuvenation. That will be a big improvement from the current status.

Service to room came only when we asked for it. In these times you assume short staffed with just about everything, All seasons is short staffed. Disappointed

Our stay at The Lodge was terrific, we won’t hesitate to stay there again. The property is an older property and it’s not nearly as posh and glamorous as many lift side resorts. However, our unit ( a 1BR “deluxe” model) was super. It was large with relatively recent updates to the kitchen and baths. Yes, baths, plural. There were two big bathrooms; one with a large stall shower, the other with a tub/shower and washer and dryer. The bed and other furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals. There were TV’s in the LR and bedroom and there was a cozy fireplace. There are ski lockers, two for each unit. We were a party of two and could have easily fit our two pairs of skis/poles in to one. The room with the lockers was kind of out of the way (down the elevator, through a door, down a hall with a couple turns) but once you learned the way it wasn’t too bad. From the ski lockers you could either reverse course, reenter the lodge and then head out to the plaza by the ice-skating rink or you could continue down the hallway exit into the parking ramp and then take stairs or an elevator to get outside a little closer to the lifts. The only really shortfall of this property is the pool/hot-tub area. The pool is a small, plain rectangular indoor/outdoor pool and the two hot tubs are also fairly small, just square tubs, one of which adjoined the pool. The area surrounding the pool/tubs is just a concrete deck. There are no chairs or anything to make it comfortable or nice looking. Definitely not up to par for an expensive lift side resort. We just didn’t use either the pool or the hot-tubs. It’s not a deal breaker, as I said I won’t hesitate to stay at this property again, but if I’d like to see one improvement in this resort it would be the pool and hot-tubs. One weird thing is that we did not see a staff person during our entire 3 night/3.5 day stay. Check in was to be done by kiosk. The kiosk was broken so instead we got an email with the door code to our room and the additional check in materials were in the room. It all worked out fine but it was a little weird. One more thing to know, we skied nearly a full day after we checked out. When we returned to The Lodge our door codes had been inactivated. It was possible to get in and use the elevators to get to the parking garage and our car (our parking pass had not been cancelled or at least we didn’t get a ticket) but we wouldn’t have been able to get into the ski locker room (luckily we hadn’t left anything in the lockers!) or much of the rest of the building. So plan accordingly if you ski on your checkout day.

This was the second time that my wife and I have stayed at The Lodge at the Mountain in Park City, Utah. On both occasions, the unit was very neat and clean, and everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. This has definitely become our first choice for places to stay in park City.

The location is great. It is a 5 minute walk to the lift, and a couple restaurants are within walking distance. Having the rental shop in house was nice, and the guy was very friendly and helpful. I loved the skis I got. There is public transportation to downtown for shopping and restaurant fare.

We had a great experience at The Lodge. The accommodations were spacious, and the slopes were easily accessible. We had all the amenities we needed while there. The check in video is helpful in figuring out where to park though at first it seems a little tricky. The staff were friendly. We definitely plan to book again
