Overall, the stay was great! Location is amazing for skiing and the storage room is extremely convenient. The place is clean and cozy. However, the front desk wasn't very helpful. We received wrong information multiple times from the front desk staff. The one complimentary shuttle surrounding the hotel, which is available for all guests at the near by hotels, has 10 seats and fills up very quickly. When the shuttle filled up the women at the front desk failed to mention that the town has a free bus running all day at the bottom of the mountain. Besides the front desk, I would recommend Sundial.

Great location to lifts, nicely decorated unit, comfortable bed, great staff. Overall very happy with everything.

Clear instructions, easy process, great property

We have stayed at Fort Marcy three times and have been very pleased with the accommodations each time. The location is fantastic and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We hope to return for a visit again soon!

Access to the gondola was perfect for our family of five and the hospitality was outstanding. We have been to Steamboat and Vail, and our family all enjoyed this trip to Canyons at Park City the most of any ski trip. We will be back!

Nice stay in one bedroom deluxe condo. Unit nicely equipped. Lack of daily housekeeping not an issue as unit well supplied with soap, towels, etc. location is great, cross the parking lot on your own the ski lift! Bus stop just down the street, used buses extensively to go downtown for dinner, shopping, etc. Would stay here again!

And the location is fabulous relevant to ski in ski out. The facilities are excellent well appointed

Super fun and cozy

The room was fabulous more than I expected! The staff was great at the lodge and the ski rental shop! Had an amazing weekend getaway at shadow ridge resort!

Loved my time here. It’s located on top of a hill and the sunsets were gorgeous. Only a 10 minute walk from the plaza. My apartment was beautiful and the staff was nice.

It was a much needed relaxing time what other way to do so than with a beautiful scenery surrounding the resort

Very nice, clean, and comfy room. Will definitely return. The front desk staff was very helpful. The ski rental staff was awesome and provided the best rates on equipment in town!

Check in was quick and easy. The property was great. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable, with every amenity we wanted, including a real fireplace! I would definitely stay again. We used the free shuttle and that worked out great, along with getting recommendations and information from the shuttle driver. Great location!

The condo was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond.... from Christine to Mel to Matt! The shuttle service was a big help since I didn’t have a car. I hope to return next year with a couple of friends!

The Fort Marcy Suites site in Santa Fe was wonderful. It was spacious,comfortable and very well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful at every turn. On top of all this, it was a great value. We'd stay there again any time.

Excellent, family-friendly lodging!

Enjoyed my stay. Great pool and hot tub. Perfect temperature. Suite was great. Stairs were challenging-great exercise but if stairs are a problem might be difficult.

Great staff, clean accommodations, Well suited to three girlfriends traveling together so we each had our own room and our own bathroom

The condo we stayed in was awesome. The tile was a bit dirty - needed a light sweeping but mainly my crawling daughter's clothes got so dirty on the floor and when you have kids, it's important the floor is clean (took 1 star off for this) so cleaning the tile needs to be stepped up a notch. Otherwise, it was a really great, comfortable stay.
