I had a change my order several times and each time the customer service team was very helpful. When the items I wanted were out of stock they were very helpful to find an alternative.

Very happy with the goods and the customer service. The only thing lacking is the fact that the site shows no sign of stock availability and no notification of this via email either. Still currently waiting for half of our order to be delivered. If this had been made clear we would not have ordered as this clothing was urgently required.

I NEVER RECEIVE AN INVOICE AND ALWAYS END UP AT MONTH END CHASING FOR A COPY FROM YOUR OFFICE. WOULD IT NOT BE POSSIBLE TO LOG ON TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND PRINT YOUR OWN INVOICE OFF?

I purchased 2 work polo shirts and a boiler suit for my husband using the free embroidery service and was very pleased with the look and the quality. I was kept informed of the progress throughout by email and was sent a sample of the embroidery to approve. Overall very pleased and will purchase again.

The workwear from industrial workwear is bar far the most comfortable and robust. I had previously worn them in my previous employment and just had to have them in my present employment. Excellent standard and value.

We were looking for warm fleece jackets ate sensible prices and found what we were looking for on the Industrial Workwear web site. The jackets were delivered quickly and were just what we wanted. The larger sizes were generous not like many others that claim to be a size and come up smaller. The jackets are warm and well made and the service is very good.

Very quick to responde to order . How ever still waiting for hooded tops I ordered , but did not have in stock . But ok I can wait . I ordered various sizes from xxs to xl well all sizes are very big . I'm not a small guy but a medium is big on me .

Ordered two items, was advised delivery in a few days...two weeks later still no delivery. Phoned and cancelled, still got no explanation or real apology. Thank god I didn't put my company's work gear through them. Dead loss.
