I rented a car from this company in Naples airport for 2 days also paying additional costs to deliver it in Roma Termini. Car was returned as agreed, was thoroughly checked, papers were signed and I was assured that my security deposit of 600 Euros would be accordingly returned. Next day I received an email stating that 250 euros would be withdrawn from deposit for scratches found, something absolutely figurative. No other communication was possible with the company even though I told them that I have fotos and video of the car before and after rental. Now, after a simple search about the company, it's very obvious that are more victims like me and this is a very common practice by them.

ho dimenticato la carta di credito a casa e sono rimasto fregato una volta atterrato a Napoli, e invece proprio sulla strada dell'aeroporto ho trovato loro , mi affaccio per curiosità e mi danno disponibilità di una macchina prezzo nella norma e macchina pulita .Resto ancora titubante fino al rientro per capire se c'era qualcosa che non andasse e invece ho restituito l'auto non mi hanno contestato nulla (perchè nulla era successo effettivamente ) e mi hanno restituito il deposito senza problemi . Beh averla o meno la carta di credito ora come ora che li conosco mi diventa indifferente . io ho già scelto e lo consiglio anche a voi

ho avuto la necessità di noleggiare un' auto senza carta di credito per il week end e da Frank Autonoleggio ho trovato un'auto semi nuova e disponibilità da parte del personale. Consigliato!

Habe in Neapel mein vorgebuchtes Fahrzeug nicht erhalten, da meine Kreditkarte (Cumulus Schweiz) scheinbar in Neapel nicht beliebt ist... Bei Auto Frank erhielt ich dann zum Glück spontan und ohne grosses Tamtam einen recht preisgünstigen Wagen. Die Firma arbeitet sehr unkompliziert und effizient, würde sogar das Deposit cash akzeptieren. Der Firma fehlt zwar der Glanz und die Grösse der grossen Vermietestationen, doch wem das egal ist, ist hier richtig. Da mein Wagen keinen Schaden hatte - was in Neapel nicht selbstverständlich ist - war auch die Rückgabe problemlos. Wie dies ansonsten abgelaufen wäre, kann ich nicht beurteilen.
