Even though I waited several months for my Item to be back in stock i received an email to alert me that it had come in I ordered it straight away and it was delivered in 3 days Happy with the item so far, will order from you again in the near future

I was sent an Email by Cols Steel, saying that their Rondel Training dagger was back in stock. Following the link lead me to a page saying that I couldn't order it as it wasn't in stock. I tried several times over the next few days with the same result. I then Emailed Cold Steel and explained what had happened. Their answer was that they must have sold out again. I have since been in touch with several companies who stock Cold Steel's products, all of which had the Rondel Trainer on back order & they all reported that despite getting new Cold Steel stock, the Rondel was not amongst it. I can understand emails being sent out by mistake - no one is perfect, but why bother lying in a reply to a prospective customer?

I wanted one of the original style of drop-forged CS knives, ideally the bowie or boot knife. It seems that only the boot knife was likely to become available, so I registered my interest and was pleased to receive an email stating that they were in stock. I bought one and it arrived promptly with no fuss. Excellent service and the knife was exactly what I expected. Well done!

it's a bit shorter than I expected. Still well made and all, but it could have been a bit longer.

Great service from Coldsteel UK. Bought a couple of items from them and will definitely buy from again. One of the items I was after was out of stock , asked them to let me know when back in and true to their word they did. Fast delivery , top retailer.

Swift and prompt delivery, used cold steel before and impressed by their walking sticks, excellent quality for general use and safety my recent stick was the axe style which I used a rubber feral on comfortable and stylish to use, no issues at all.

Just love cold steel cheap and reliable goods, last thing I had was the special forces shovel for bushcraft purposes

The product is fine now I have sorted out the poor edge but it took five months to get it to me! Even a cheap machete shouldn't have a thick bur on the grind. I was asked at the time (as it was no longer in stock even though advertised as available) if I wanted to wait until it was back in stock or have a refund. If I had been made aware that it was going to take as long to restock I wouldn't have been as concerned about the wait. Better communication would have helped in this instance. I needed the tool for a particular task and therefore it's late arrival was frustrating, I should have checked how long your re-stock was going to take so was also to blame. This being the case I have adjusted my rating.
