My item was shipped on time but delivered late. I contacted cold steel and they made sure my item was delivered that next day. I have ordered multiple items from cold steel and twice shipping was an issue but their customer service got the problem fixed quickly.

It's a great knife, well made and sharp out the box, does what 8 want .but due to UK laws this can't be a EDC for me. shame. Can use at work if kept in tool bag though.

Have been after a blackthorn shillelagh and a blackthorn walking stick for a while now. Cold Steel duly notified when they came in stock. Delivery was prompt. It was gratifying these days that this time the courier actually handed me the parcel. Getting really tired of having my stuff left on the doorstep by a certain well known online retailer.
