The picture of my house and land is well over a year old.But still pleased with it. I thought they would put down more info into this like taxes on sewer,water,house and property. And also the lot size is way off.

Spot on. Of course if I were selling the new windows I bought will add a few more thousand dollars. Also the landscaping. Helps me to appreciate the value of my home. All facts were correct.

Good basic information to establish replacement cost for FEMA estimate

I just ran two reports. One seems pretty accurate, not so sure about the other particular in reference to the Zestimate. Overall pleased with the data provided.
