Great information and excellent customer service

Today I had a client who had no idea what the land and the building values were on her investment real estate. Her last tax preparer lump them in together and was deprecating the whole sum. However, land never depreciates. Using PropertyDataUSA I was able to find what the land was worth and and the building was worth saving my client a lot of tax problems. Your program worked great for me.

The company gave me all the info I wanted, and more! I was just looking for value on a house I once owned, but also got transaction dates, names of residents, and more! Tremendous value!

An abundance of information for the property to include historical data to include property value for last 15 years. Even had information on offenders in the area which is great information to have! A future feature I would like to see are additional property information such as if the property has a septic tank and lines and where they are.

Found out property info fast

This is a scam! The report does not include data you can easy access through google search. I paid the $1 trial fee and cancelled right away. Yet, I keep getting charged $9.99. I called and spoke to an agent who told me they had my cancellation on record and did not see any charges on my card. Yet, I’m still being charged. I called card company who said they would investigate and still waiting. Very Frustrating!!!

I have never used these people for any information whatsoever and I got billed from them for almost 30.00 - looks like they stole my cc information to do the billing- don't trust these people. My credit card company told me they had several complaints and that they would issue a refund. STAY AWAY- READ OTHER REVIEWS LOOK HOW MANY TIMES THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO ISSUE REFUNDS

I paid the nominal $1 trial fee and the report I received was less than useful. Now they are charging me $9.95 per month. How can I stop this service that didn’t help and I don’t want? I have sent e-mail to the support address listed. Let’s see when/if they respond.
