I can't say enough about the quality of the personal trainer food!! Honestly it's better then going out to eat!! It also is filling and keeps me motivated.

If you are looking for easy to create quick meals this is for you. For the most part entrees are very good - some a bit salty for me. Veggies and snacks make it easy to use. Mix and match proteins and veggies for quick meals

the food is not bad….i was really surprised how good the western omelet was….really small portions but it IS for weight loss….no problems with shipping though a couple packs had opened and i ate them first….i would buy this again for the sheer convenience of it…and no guessing about meals and less temptation to cheat….

Some of the baggies are torn, the newer packaging is better and keeps the seal in the microwave.

The food comes packaged well and the hardest part of the delivery was how to fit all the food in my freezer. The food is delicious for diet food. The food is packaged well and easy to reheat. In 5 weeks I have lost and kept off 20 pounds. I plan to continue the plan to lose 20 additional pounds.

Food is phenomenal!

My food was completely defrosted and warm when it arrived. In order to get a refund they wanted me to send that giant box (30 days) of food back to them. I had to argue with them but in the end they gave me a refund without sending the box back.

All I can say is I know it works I don’t worry myself I go by the size of my clothes and let me tell you it’s working

I have used PTF in the past and I enjoyed the food and, of course, the ease of it. This time there was a huge decline in the quality of food. The food was always wet with water all over the plate every time I heated it up. It was inedible. I threw the majority of it away. Would not recommend.

Food is ok. Some of the meat selections are a bit grizzly. I became frustrated that the shipments were late two months in a row causing the food to unfreeze then refreeze in a block of ice within the bags after receiving and unpacking.

PTF is the best hands down. Easy to follow and lose weight. Wow!!!

Amazing for convience, good customer service with reasonable response time. Most of the food is delicious and definitely worth a try. I just wish they had more options and choices. I do reccomend giving them a try.

Products came over a 10days late. I scheduled delivery purposely for a specific date that would allow me to prep for a show. The meals arrived when I was in route for the show. When I got back most of the meals were ruined because I was not there to receive them. I let this company know prior to them sending my food package that it was extremely late and I would be out of town already by the time the package finally gets to me. This is not something that has ever happened by this company. I have ordered from personaltrainerfood.com many times in the past. Since the company delivered the food, they have been completely unresponsive to my emails and messages. How is this my fault? Why should I have to lose almost $400 for my food when it clearly is not my fault? I would appreciate if management steps up and does the right thing

I like my PT food, but this round of ordering has been substandard by far. I received one delivery and the food was completely thawed and the bags were expanded with gases from fermenting/rotting food. The second replacement order arrived and a portion of the order was thawed, but still cool enough that I opted to gamble and refreeze the food (I hope I don't regret that decision). This is the third time (different addresses) that I've had this problem, so am rethinking about keeping my subscription. I manage my meal consumption to receive food in time for continued eating but with these disruptions, I have had to purchase regular food and factor in prep time.

Food was a day later than it was supposed to be delivered .Food was cold but mostly thawed out. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I have been a customer for over 4 years if not 5 years. May be time to find another food delivery system like this.
