Super convenience! Loved control portions! Healthy food ready to go!

Need more dry ice in the packaging to allow for shipping delays. I don't like receiving a big box of thawed food.

I love the idea of keeping it simple, but 2 late delivery attempts resulted in 2 huge boxes of spoiled food - so incredibly wasteful when so many people are hurting right now. Can't believe didn't change shipping method after the first late delivery. Third try due in 2 days...hoping it works out. I especially like the convenience of using pre packaged frozen vegetables of all varieties, however, the meals are mostly very high in sodium. Very disappointed in the weak response when asked for a low and very low sodium plan. basically, 'here's a link to our nutrition chart' figure it out for yourself, then 'here's a list of a dozen or so meals under 700 mg' very weak response. Anyone on low carb or exchange or diabetic diet will also want to be tracking sodium as it is also central to many related chronic conditions for millions of people trying to lose weight. Wish the company would create more robust plan to promote low sodium AND lower carb weight loss efforts.

This is not the first time that I have used "Personal Trainer Food". It works for me. It is a difficult process to go through but the food provided will work, if you follow the rules and let it. The diverse menu seems to cater to all appetites and is easy to prepare. It absolutely will help you lose weight, if that is your goal.

great tasting food

I’ve been a customer for a while and this last plan I ordered was never delivered to my house. When I was a able to find out where it was left via FedEx....it had been almost 5 days after delivery and it was a random FedEx location not even close to my house. I reached out to support they said I they’d replace the box, and send it to my house. I asked out a refund or even a credit....have t heard back since. So thus far I’ve spent well over $600 and have yet to receive one box

Great food, I love the new program that has more flexibility on what you can order. I have been a subscriber for a few years now. I work a lot and if I don't have prepped meals I eat too much fast food and gain weight.

I have ordered trainer food many times before, yet this time I was very disappointed. There was no hot ice left in my bag and everything was defrosted when it arrived. When I reached out to customer service to tell them this their response was "please let us know what defrosted" as if I had not already specified all of it. I know there probably was a delay with the recent weather, but I responded to the last email and still have not heard back from them or had any food to replace what I deemed questionable. I hope they reach out soon.

This is my 3 rd go around with personal trainer food . It is very good and pretty tasty. The main thing is it fills you up and keeps you satisfied hunger wise . I’ve tried many prepared food programs and this is my favorite. If you are looking to lose weight this will work ! And work well . Just follow the easy instructions and you are going to see a difference. It is prepared food keep that in mind .

Love this food, tastes great, easy to prepare and include s a bottle of garlic butter to add to meats & veggies. Perfect for keto regimen. Service is excellent as well, answers emails right away and very helpful with answering question,

The price went up way too much.

My only complaint is about the timing on the shipping for my last order. The last order took a week to be delivered. ALL of my previous orders took only 2 days to ship. I asked the representative about what changed? He said the shipping changed 3 years ago because it’s coming from TX and I'm in CA. That has never affected the 2 day shipping for me. One reason I like PTF is because of its reliability with its shipping time, but not if its going to take a week to be delivered.

I received 7 packets of green beans I did not order. The vegetable packets contain a lot of broccoli stems that are pockey undigestable wood.

Easy and delicious way to get a jump start to weight loss.

The food is very flavorful, but I only like a few of the meats. When I request one months worth of 2 Proteins such as Chicken Patties and Teriyaki Beef, I am not allowed to do this. I would like to know the reasoning for this. Thank you.

I have used Personal Trainer More than one time and always found them excelent in every way. The food is very tasty and always delivered promptly. If ever any help is needed they do so quickly.

Order arrived on time, correct, and well packaged. PTF is easy to stick with because it tastes great and is already pre-portioned. Even after reaching my desired weight, I continue to eat PTF for daily lunches or dinners on busy days for maintenance.
