This has been an effective weight loss program that takes the complexity of what to eat out of the equation. The food tastes good and is easy to prepare. Support is good and the program is easy to follow.

Food is great and Ive lost 10 pounds in a 1.5 weeks so far. This kind of program is perfect for someone like me that doesn't like to cook. I used to meal prep a bunch of food at once so I could avoid cooking throughout the week. The problem with that strategy is that I would quickly get burned out on eating the same foods I prepared in bulk and I would end up giving up. Although the basic formula of personal trainer food is the same daily w/ breakfast, protein+veggie, protein +veggie, I havent found myself getting tired of the food. There is enough variety to keep things interesting throughout the week while maintaining a weightloss formula. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is price because the quantity of food per day doesn't feel cost equivalent. If it were $50-100 dollars cheaper, I would probably keep eating this way for the next year.

Like the notation for lower sodium food on images, make it easy to pick foods. We will continue to order, but per my doctor, the plan does not have enough good carbs. So will have to add some whole grains, beans, and squashes to round out my diet.

The convenience to have lunch or dinner ready in 5 minutes is great. The food tastes good but like and restrictive meal plans will power is key not to pickup a bag of chips.

I’m still AFTER 3 attempts to fix an order . Also the meats Are so small now . Overall is still delicious food . Customer service????

You can never get a person on the phone and when you do they act like they have no knowledge of anything and if you live chat you get the same same person every time and the chat will just end for no reason and you have to start again I was suppose to get a refund because they messed up my order they had somebody else name and address like this where my food was about to get delivered somewhere in California and I live in Chicago I finally spoke to someone on live Chat and they said that something happened in the computer and they canceled my order and I would get a refund that has been a month ago and I have a whole new order that has been delivered and I still haven’t got the refund from the canceled order. Customer service is not good here.

Great customer service I recently had to change a shipping address for my order and they took care of the change right away. online emails are answered quickly too.

The food is absolutely delicious! It's proportion just right to maintain a healthy balance. I sometimes eat more than one because it's so good. I lost weight without even trying and it kept me regular. Highly recommend. I would like to increase my subscription by purchasing the month supply.

We have been ordering PT Food for 4-5 years. The food has always been excellent. However, the last two orders we have received, the food quality has really gone downhill. The omelets that we order -- half of them are broken - the bacon is very small and the size of the chicken breasts are very small. It is not the quality we are used to. I am unhappy that the cost has gone up but the quality has gone down. Will need to consider cancelling our membership because the food is not worth what we are paying for.

Good food and Great service. My only complaint is some of the cheddar omelettes were broken apart during the shipping process.

Top shelf protein and veggies. I love the meals that I get with PTF. My vegetable intake has gone up, my fast food intake has gone down, and I'm feeling better and keeping my weight on target. Awesome service!

too delecious food just the order came a little late

My shipment did not arrive and when I called the representative immediately ordered another shipment with FedEx Express. It arrived when promised. Thankful for the care and attention to detail.

My order was to arrive in 2 days and it arrived in 5 days. I tried to contact the company several times and even at 10 in the morning was told that it was not their normal business hours. I was worried about the quality of food. The dry ice was all gone and all the packaged food was wet on the outside of each package.

We tried PTF years ago and LOVED IT! This time was no exception. The food is hot and juicy and delicious and can be cooked in different ways besides the microwave :). Convenient and a great variety ^.^ The reason for the 1 less star is the PRICE. We remember it not being over $300 for 28days last time we ordered (and we even got the Breakfast add on’s as well last time and not this time!) So that was a little disappointing.
