I ordered products from the Incontinence Shop Limited at lunchtime on Monday and they only delivered part of the order on Wednesday and the rest of the order on Thursday. Having spent in excess of £100 including paying extra for express delivery this service is diabolical! DON'T BOTHER THESE ARE USELESS!!!

As a carer for my mum I did alot of searching the internet for companies that sold incontinence products cheaper than in the shops or chemists as were on limited budget. Found this shop online and havent looked back. I've been using them for years and I have to buy in bulk every couple of months and they delivery has been within a few days, sometimes less and once, was longer. It is much better than other companies online and u like the fact you get points that can be used against your next purchase. Cant fault them
