I booked and paidfor a Saturday delivery and goods came on a Tuesday. I also tried calling the line several times but no response.

Very quick delivery. These pads are versatile enough to fit to my elderly father's waist. They keep in place and do not leak. They do not cause irritation.

The delivery arrived within the promised window, and contained the items that had been ordered. The prices were competitive.

I have ordered from this site a couple of times, the order is always well packed and delivered on time.

They offer expensive next day delivery then don’t deliver th next day. No refund offered. Just sorry for the inconvenience. There are plenty of other companies out there who offer these products, I will use them next time. I always judge companies by how they react to a problem. The incontinence shop have failed.

I recently made my 3rd purchase from the guys. I initially didn't know what the best suited product would be, however after a quick telephone conversation my mind was at ease. A guy called Joe was very understanding and knowledgable. He offered some great advice and the products arrived the next day. A perfect all round service. You can even collect from the store too!

We have placed two orders with them for incontinence supplies. Mixed sizes and type adult pull ups and disposables and large .6ml plastic pants/bloomers that will survive repeated washings used in nursing. The products were excellent being the usual bulk disposables (diapers) and the plastic pants/bloomers are made by Babykins in Canada. However, the second order has problems. We noted on the two invoice and order progress emails no actual data, the emails were empty of text. We use an offline email server (not gmail) and a normal email package for hundreds of commercial emails daily, so nothing wrong with our office computers. Some time later we ordered more products and again we noted their commerce system sent a blank reply, followed by two empty emails. No VAT invoices and no tracking data!

I've placed an order Wednesday afternoon and I received everything as discussed on time with DPD, which even send me an e-mail with a 1 hour slot and could change delivery last minute if I wanted to. Products are high quality and their prices and customer service are excellent. I will certainly order here again!
