This is the third time I've experienced the exact same issue with their website 'overloading' and selling more stock than they have allocated. Avoid if you actually want a pre-order.

They had the items I wanted in stock and at a discount price. Ordered, paid, fast secure delivery, exactly the service you want. Excellent.

Rarely have I had any issues, but on the occasion that I have had, very helpful and sorted the issues out. Great at what they do! Another great feature on the website is that when it's in stock, it is in stock and when it needs to be shipped in they tell you that. So you don't order an item that says it's in stock and that's not true. One of my go to shopping experiences for hobby products. Keep up the stella service.

Delivery was pretty fast. It got shipped the next day after the evening I ordered and in less than 48 hours I had it in my hands. The packaging was perfect too.

Great product, Great price, the only criticism is that had to wait so long for delivery. Had ordered for 10 days before my grandsons 12th birthday, as this what he wanted as a present, he's just started playing, but didn't get it till 2 weeks after his birthday, sent us all potty asking morning, non & night if it had arrived.
