Order arrived quickly when sent but because it was a back order had to wait a while for their supplier, I understand it was due to a warehouse move by Games Workshop and not shops fault. Items were well packaged and I am happy with the value for money. I had no dealings with customer services so don't know how they well they handle customers complains hence why I can't give 5 stars but would definitely use again.
