I received my order today well in time for Christmas, I ordered online and telephoned to check if I would receive for Christmas and spoke to a very pleasant helpful gentleman, Customer service is second to none, my parcel has arrived well in time. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Goblin gaming again

Great. My package arrived in good time despite all the delivery chaos at the moment. It was very well packed. It’s for a present but I’m confident that the excipient will be delighted with it.

Terrible service item not arrived, bad communication. Company takes too long to reply to emails. Asked to cancel the order and not received a reply. Ordered the 5th and still waiting on the 12th. Would not recommend.

My order was on its way within two days but from notification of the order being on the way it took 6 days to reach me which was obviously longer than Goblin Gaming was expecting because today I received a "How did we do" email from the company. I was actually in the process of sending an email to inform them that my order had not yet arrived when, lo and behold, a knock came at the door and it was the postman with my order ! I had begun to wonder whether something had gone wrong but the late delivery was the fault of Royal Mail and not Goblin Gaming,which to be fair they had warned about in their earlier email. Apart from the slight worry about delivery outlined above my order was well handled and packaged, the price was good and I would happily use Goblin Gaming again.

Seems they’re having issues with updating people. I was told my item was sent via 48 hour royal mail delivery over a week ago. No tracking provided and not replying to emails or fb messages, also not answering phone lines. Parcels from other retailers sent using the same postal method have arrived with no problems. If not received in the next 7 days I’ll be claiming a refund via paypal.

I would advise avoiding this company. My parcel has gone missing after nearly three weeks since ‘postage’. Yes there have been five days of strikes, but I’ve had every other parcel I’ve ordered from everyone else and there’s been roughly ten other days for it to turn up. I tried emailing the company and they eventually replied nearly a week later. I also work in a small company that has three people answering queries and posting items out and we don’t leave it nearly a week to respond. Edit: I gave one star back as I got a refund fairly quickly, but I’ve had to re-place my order with element games to make sure I get the items which we were meant to be presents.

Not well done at all. This order was me giving the company a 2nd chance after they gave bad customer service a couple of years ago and unfortunately they have managed to mess things up for us again. The majority of the fault lies with their choice of courier, the ever inept DHL who claim to have attempted to deliver my £100+ order three times despite never once contacting us via text or e-mail (both of which were options) nor leaving a note to say they had made the attempt. And so Goblin Gaming decide to give up, ensuring I cannot possibly get the required items in time for Christmas and give us a refund. That may seem reasonable until you find out that they couldn't even refund us the correct amount and at the time of writing still owe us money. Suffice it to say there will not be a third chance, and I would not recommend using this company to anyone.

Goblin gaming is my absolute go to shop. Theyight not have EVERYTHING I need but they have alot at very good prices, the dispatching never takes very long and the packaging is very good. They even sent me a refresher bar which made me chuckle lol

I haven't received my parcel yet as their is a mess up with delivery as dpd says today and Goblin Gaming says its now Monday even thou i payed for next day delivery. So been sent this email to ask for a review I can not anwser as no item to review
