Had an issue with a few items being out of stock so emailed them, from the reply which took about an hour and a half (which is fast nowadays) to drop into my inbox, to the resolution (which was literally MINUTES after i replied!) everything was fast and sorted efficiently. Cannot recommend enough as this company has been amazing and will be getting more business from me in the future.

I made an order with an item that was flagged as awaiting stock (with no ETA). When I chased this, the customer service representative was very helpful and noted this could delay the whole shipment - the item was cancelled, refunded and I received my order the next day! It would have been helpful to flag the awaiting stock with an ETA when ordering, as I would not have added it and then there would have been no delay!
