The product is as I wanted the only issue is that I bought it at sell price and retuned it for a size change which I didn’t get and had to make a new order which had been increased from the original sell price. other than that I am happy with the product.

The fabric is of a very good quality. I thought it would be a bit see-through but it’s not. It stretches a bit, giving you a bit of freedom. Classic and professional. Really happy with the buy.

Needed a black tie quickly. Ordered a black silk tie which came within 2 days and was immaculate. Great price for the quality of the product and wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from Hawes and Curtis again.

I always buy my shirts from Hawes & Curtis since 2017. They have the best quality, very good customer service and reliable delivery.

Website doesn't accurately track available stock resulting in me having to choose shirts in a material that I didn't want, if you had given me the correct stock on line I might not have ordered from you, instead now I feel that you have just forced me into a bait and switch, by sending the shirts that were in stock prior to telling me that the order couldn't be completed

Good quality, yet to be worn

Great overall experience, the fitted shirts run extremely snug, a size up would be wise, especially if you have a larger chest area.

Overall experience was quick and easy, and the returns process was very simple. So in that regard, it was great. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is based on the quality of the product, in this case, shoes. Unfortunately the quality was not great, and I have tried 3 types. All felt a little cheap despite looking great on website.

I bought some nice quality shirts, decent online sale although visited store before to get sizing correctly. Website experience is good but delivery was slow (maybe because it was free)?

Good quality and excellent customer service

The gentlemen allowed me to try on my online purchases. I had ordered the wrong fit. He then found the right size & fit amongst the stock and brought them to changing rooms. I now know the size I need to order! I only wish the female member of staff I talked to when I visited the store the previous week had been a bit more helpful and suggested I try some of the samples for size & fit. Instead she sent me away & told me to order online
