Awesome shirts and fast delivery Sensationnal

I placed an order for shirts and selected the next day delivery. I was disappointed as my package only arrived about 4 days later

I ordered a pussybow blouse size 14 for £25 plus £4.95 delivery, a total of £29.95. My usual size is 12 but I've never ordered from this company before so I ordered a size bigger. It arrived a few days later, however, it was far too small. Significantly so. I returned it but I've only received £22.00 refund. The next available size was 20 which would be far too big, hence why I didn't request a swap. Their company policy is to deduct £3 from the refund for the pleasure of the garment not being suitable and I've also lost the cost of delivery. I feel incredibly ripped off and will not be ordering from this company again.
