I have purchased many times from H&C and this time ordered a suit only to be sent the jacket as the trousers were out of stock. I was not consulted as to whether I required a suit jacket on its own and then I was charged to return a box I never even opened. Not good enough customer service is very poor.

The shirts are good material but one of them is missing a button so I can't wear it. Otherwise nice place to buy good quality clothes.

Awful, a corporation such a Hawes and Curtis has taken my money without providing me with any goods. They claim my order (shirts) were picked up, but have no proof / audit trail or CCTV footage to say otherwise. I want my money back
