I was searching around for a lease deal that suited my needs and was recommended Drivespeed leasing through a work colleague. I made an on line enquiry and the following morning I was contacted by Hannah Bairstow. She was very friendly and helpful in securing me a really great deal on the car I wanted. I enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish and I was kept informed throughout. I required a vehicle quite quickly and I was aware that manufacturers have long lead times currently. Hannah managed to secure me a car due to a cancellation and I received it after approx 1 month so I was delighted. I can thoroughly recommend Drivespeed and I will be using them next time. Great friendly and efficient service from them, thank you!

This experience was overshadowed by a global shortage of chips which slowed everything down and was extremely frustrating, my car arrived 6 months late. This was not the fault of Drivespeed who were generally pretty good and easy to deal with. Initially I was slightly confused as to which company I was actually dealing with because I started the whole process with Marshall Contract Hire. I would like to say special thanks to Holly Tozer for keeping me informed and for always being professional during my moaning. Thanks. I had an excellent experience with DriveSpeed leasing. They promptly identified a car for me within my price range and took me through the steps to delivery in a very helpful and positive spirit. They answered the various queries I had promptly and clearly. All the people I dealt with were very friendly and responsive.

I found them to be very professional and customer focussed. There were very flexible and accommodating about my preferred delivery timeline, and worked hard to resolve an issue with the price when the dealer altered the terms of the deal due to the government cutting the grant on electric cars. Great customer service and amazing prices! I've just received my car and am super happy with it. From the start Jemima dealt with all and any questions that I had with patience and kindness. Overall I had an amazing customer experience - shout out to Jemima and Holly. Unfortunately the car was delayed for delivery due to the storms back in march however the team kept in constant communication with me and were always very lovely despite my constant pestering. When it was delivered unfortunately it was delivered dirty on the outside, when I explained this to the team they made it very clear this wasn't supposed to be the case and covered a cleaning for me. Where this wasn't ideal, due to the overall service I have had with the team I really appreciate all the help they gave in the situation. Very happy with the service and company as a whole and I love my new car!

I could not be happier that I chose to go with Drivespeed. Holly and Darren were incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the dealer. They put so much effort and time into fixing it for us, and it wasn't even the fault of Drivespeed. They went out of their way to make it a smooth process, ensuring we kept our original, very good deal and keeping me in the loop. They even sent me flowers to apologise on behalf of the dealership!
