Everyone I dealt with at this Company was friendly. professional & honest. Unlike a previous leasing company I made the mistake of using; Drivespeed Leasing had the car I wanted (in fact they sent me a list of 53 VW T-Cross cars to choose from) which arrived in the UK when they said it would & arrived at my door when they said it would. They rang on the day of delivery to check that everything had gone to plan & if I was satisfied or had any queries. I have not leased a car before & checked on the Company ALD who own the car I am leasing. Great experience using Drivespeed Leasing. Corespondents were prompt and paperwork was straight forward. Gemma was a real star having to put up with me (couldn’t make up my mind) but she stuck with me and found me a car that met all my needs (which is hard to come by in these times).
