I love your products. The only issue I have is with availability. I realize that it is more related to a supply chain issue. The DIY section was great, but I noticed it recently disappeared.

They got rid of order pick up which added $25 to the price. Seems pretty silly I can't just drive down the road to pick it up.

Great product however they no longer offer in house pick up, charged almost $13 for shipping and took 5 days. I live 10 mins away. When I finally received the product, I proceeded to fill the tank when the top broke off and spilled half the bottle out. Long story short, spent $52 for half a bottle of vape juice.

We recently purchased 2 identical bottles of Vape juice and when they arrived, one bottle had clear liquid and the other was yellow. We’ve contacted Fovlabs to make sure the product is ok for use and no one has responded. We inhale this stuff so it’s a bit concerning that the product is different.
