I received a few bottles last month and 2 of them had crystalized. I called them and they told me why. AS WELL AS offering to resend me another 2 bottles to replace them! I will from now on be using FOV Labs exclusively! I know they are not in my province, but they are smaller and more hands on when it comes to customer service. Wish they sold hardware, because I would be buying EVERYTHING from them. Keep up the great work guys and gals!
