The product was clearly used, repackaged, and then sent without all the parts; those included were scratched and damaged. The directions were ripped, and the plastic for the pieces was shoved into the box. This is very disappointing and upsetting. We cannot assemble or use this product at all due to this. We paid the new price for a clearly used product that did not include all the pieces.

Ordered a bag but when I realised it was a problem there was no phone number and when sent a tracking email the order didn’t exist and there’s no way to contact anyone. Luckily paid on Mastercard who reimbursed me. Stay away 😡

United Kingdom | 22 June 2024I ordered two bags which arrived on time which led me to ordering a further two bags a few days later. However, on the second order only one of the two bags arrived (in casing which clearly appeared to have been tampered with and was not wrapped in the security tape used by the courier company for the first delivery) On this occurring I promptly e-mailed them with detailed information including a photo of the package delivered. They replied to my e-mail asking if there was any damage to the suitcase received and stating that they couldn't understand how that could happen. I followed up with further e-mails asking if they were able to ascertain what had happened (given the photographic evidence I had previously sent clearly showed that the package had been tampered with before I received it) Their response to all my further e-mails was COMPLETE silence, and I've now given up on expecting to receive a reply from them. Now the fault may be that of the courier company and not them, but I would at least expect them to show some interest and follow up with the courier company and respond to my e-mails. If you do decide to order from them, make sure you use a credit card so that in the event of a failed delivery etc you can claim back from the credit card company.

I was sent an item that was different to as described on the website, and the customer service team argued with me over it for weeks. When I finally proved them wrong, they would not give a full refund or pay for return costs. I ultimately up out of pocket! Disappointing.

United Kingdom | 16 May 2024Bag arrived faulty. Company has drawn out discussions from 10th April all the way to now, 16th May and have repeatedly been absent from email and phone communication. Poor discount offered for keeping the faulty bag, then failed to reply to my request to return & exchange it (which they had previously suggested). Now insisting they can only offer a smaller discount than originally offered, or want me to pay to return the bag to them. Avoid!

United Kingdom | 16 May 2024Avoid this company like the plague - awful customer service and order fulfilment: Ordered a suitcase for next day delivery. When had not arrived on second day with no notification, I contacted the company. They said their (low end) Shopify site had flagged my transaction as a potential “chargeback” and they unilaterally cancelled my order. Not only had I never confronted this issue, I’d never even heard of it - and the CC used has a large spending limit (the charge was £120). When I contacted the CC company, they said there was no issue with my card - but that the company had already taken the funds! And furthermore they had not issued a refund after cancelling my order. No apology, no resolution - and no suitcase for my holiday with no time to order a replacement. Absolutely shocking - Use a real company, this one is terrible - caveat emptor.
