Bought an Eastpak Small Transverse Suitcase have previously bought medium. The small one didn't have the internal garment straps which I found useful and were in the description. I contacted Backpacker and they got back to me straight away and followed up my query with Eastpak. They got back to me the next day to say it was a mistake in the advertising and Eastpak where going to change the information. I was really impressed with Backpacker for the way they dealt with it and kept me informed. Have kept the back as the size is perfect. Thank you Backpacker for dealing with my query so promptly and giving me toe option to return or keep the product. Will use you again as always prompt delivery etc

Good website with a great selection. Ordered what I wanted and I think paid for overnight but the bag took a week to arrive… by which point my daughter had left for her trip ☹️
