I didn't even know what a carnet was when I started and I needed Carnets from the US and the UK. Boomerang walked me through all of the steps. After my initial application, I even received a call from the CEO on a Sunday to clarify a couple of mistakes I had made. I was then connected with Marge who guided me through the remaining steps and made the process very easy. She was extremely knowledgeable and diligent about making sure I understood how the carnets were to be activated and used. This is an excellent service.
