Was a new account user and submitted an urgent online request for a carnet. Received a call within 10 minutes of the online request from Marge and she was extremely helpful in walking me through the process and getting the information complete. Can't possibly imagine how the user experience could have been improved. From being a new user to getting the carnet successfully issued was under an hour!
