I personally think it’s a great service. All the tollways were I run you have to pay online. So I find pre pass very helpful

This device is not help at all. It doesn't get us around many scales at all.

Yes of pre pass was easy and very helpful. Went through out the lower 48 states and it help me save lots of time by not having to stop or even having to just slow down. I would recommend it to everyone.

My elite Prepass keeps taking me into weight stations even when they are closed I brought this to you guys attention once before and it is still doing the same thing

My preepas Oregon side didn’t work no light same california my cousin driving other truck his preepas work but my no show the light nothing Soo please fix this problem

They started charging me for the service that i never used.

It has been the worst on boarding process of any in cab system I have ever used. Cant add units through portal reach out and ask for help get transferred around with still no help. only 2/3 of my fleet is using PrePass at this time due to the on boarding issues.

It works good and bypasses and gives me bypass at the weight station most of the time, in that case I save time and fuel thanks

I've only had PrePass for a short period but it's been great thus far. My only complaint is that sometimes you're right at the weigh station before you get the bypass light. This may be an issue with the weigh stations themselves (I'm not 100%). I hate having to slow down to enter the weigh station only to get the green light to bypass. It's a journey getting back up to 65 at 80,000 pounds.

Iam now able to pass most weigh stations without having to waste time pulling in to get weighed out. I play by the rules and I always have my weight checked before going long distances to make sure I'm not in violation. Time is very valuable and none should be wasted by enforcement with unnecessary stops of the law abiding citizens.
